Privacy notice for the English pages
This is a summary in English of what applies when you use the English pages and forms of this website. The complete and legally binding privacy policy is the German one at /datenschutz (version dated 3. Oktober 2026).

Visiting the pages
The website sets no cookies and uses no tracking scripts of third parties. The web server records the usual technical data of a request (address, time, requested page, browser) in a log for operation and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deletes it after a short period. Our own reach measurement works without cookies and without storing your IP address; it computes a daily changing, non-reversible value instead. The calculators run entirely in your browser and send nothing.
Contact and quote forms
When you send a request through an English form, we process the data you enter – name, company, e-mail, phone, your message, the page you sent it from – to answer your request and prepare a quote (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is stored on our own server in Germany and sent to one company mailbox. We do not pass it on to third parties. Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted automatically after twelve months at the latest.
Hosting
The website runs on our own server infrastructure in Germany. Customer systems we operate are hosted in the data center of our partner TERRA CLOUD GmbH in Hüllhorst, Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. No processing takes place outside the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – for us the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
